However Monalisa is a B2B platform: users are commercial operators, not end consumers, so disputes are governed by the commercial terms agreed between the parties and not by consumer law.
Jurisdiction
For any dispute arising from the use of the platform the Court of Caserta, Italy, has exclusive jurisdiction. Italian law applies.
